Refund Policy — Low Mana Club

We want every T-shirt to satisfy. If something's off, we'll fix it.

We offer refunds when:

  1. We shipped you the wrong item
  2. Your gear arrived damaged or defective

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Mana's not infinite, don't let the window close.  To request one, email support@lowmanaclub.co.uk with your order number and a quick rundown of the issue.
